Privacy notice

What the static preview handles, why it does so, and what must be confirmed before public launch.

Private client preview · legal operator details pending client confirmation

01 / STATUS

Controller and launch dependency

MarketFrame Insights is a publication name, not necessarily a legal entity. The legal operator and monitored privacy contact have not been confirmed. No public form or email collection is active in this preview. A public launch involving personal data depends on identifying the controller and publishing a usable rights channel.

Contact content and sender detailsHandle corrections, rights requests and feedbackSteps requested by the sender, legal obligation for rights requests, or legitimate interests for editorial correspondenceNot collected in this preview; a proportionate schedule must be set before enabling a channel
03 / STORAGE

Browser storage and cookies

The two current keys are mirrored between localStorage and first-party cookies so a preference can survive ordinary navigation and be read reliably. They contain no name, email, advertising identifier or market activity. The cookie notice provides exact durations, signals and reset instructions.

04 / PROCESSORS

Recipients and infrastructure

No analytics, advertising, form, CRM or email vendor is loaded. Hosting, content-delivery, security and contact processors remain pending infrastructure decisions. Their names, roles, locations, contracts and retention settings must be inserted before they process public traffic or inquiries.

05 / TRANSFERS

International transfers

No transfer mechanism is claimed. Once providers are selected, the operator must identify any processing outside the EEA and document the applicable adequacy decision, safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, and any supplementary measures.

06 / SECURITY

Security approach

The preview minimises collection, has no public account system, payment flow or contact form, and denies advertising storage. Security is never absolute. Production safeguards must include access control, updates, encrypted transport, logging limits, backups where needed, incident handling and processor review.

07 / RIGHTS

Your data-protection rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing; consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. A request route and identity-check process will be published before launch. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission; mentioning the DPC does not imply its approval of this site.

08 / CHILDREN

Children

The publication is written for adults and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly profile children or solicit their data. If a future contact channel receives a child’s data, the operator must assess and delete or lawfully manage it as appropriate.

09 / AUTOMATION

No automated decisions

The current site performs no profiling, automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects, behavioural advertising or personal suitability assessment.

10 / CHANGES

Notice changes

This notice is effective 30 July 2026 for the private preview. Material changes will receive a new date and a plain-language summary. The notice must be reissued when the operator, contact route, hosting or optional services are confirmed.
